Task 7 Google Form (new)

Instructions for Task 7:

Next step is to evaluate the (ppt) responses of the next 3 team numbers from yours. For example Team No. 1 has to evaluate the next 3 teams ppts i.e. 2,3,and 4.
After the evaluation, fill up the google form by August 03, 2023 marking the overall work done by teams on a scale of 1 to 5. 1 stands for a bad review, 5 for excellent.

Task 6 Google Form

Instructions for Task 6:

Moving further in the internship, we need you to prepare and submit a PowerPoint presentation for the Task 5 including the work carried out by your team. The presentation should primarily focus on the solution generation for the selected project. The ppt should also include information about the active members of your team.
 
Please ensure that the presentation consists of a maximum of 6 slides to keep it concise and impactful. You may also upload any other final document/report/CAD models prepared to support your work done during the internship. The deadline for submitting the final PowerPoint presentation (in pdf format) through the google form attached is July 28th. 
 
Please note that one team has to submit only one form.

Task 5

Instructions for Task 5:

As a next step, we  request your team to collectively focus on deriving a possible solution for the selected project. This will involve conducting research, analysis, and brainstorming to develop innovative and feasible solutions that address the needs of the rural community for your respective submitted project.

We would like to inform you that the work carried out by each team will be evaluated during the teamwise online meeting scheduled around 20th July. The exact details regarding the meeting, including the date, time, and platform, will be shared later.

Task 4 (google form) [The deadline for submission of Task 3 is Tuesday, June 27, 2023] 

Instructions for Task 4:

As per the requirements of Task 4, it is crucial for you to reach out to your teammates and collaborate as a team to finalize a common project out of your individual preferences. We encourage you to initiate discussions, exchange ideas, and work together towards a unanimous decision of selecting one project out of all of your individual preferences submitted as Task 3.

For Task 4, you are required to prepare a ppt with a maximum of three slides. Here is the breakdown of each slide's content:
Slide 1:
Include the details of all active members of your team.
Slide 2:
Mention the commonly selected project as a team and provide a brief summary of this project.
Slide 3:
Please provide a thorough explanation outlining the reasons for your team's selection and conclusion regarding the chosen project. Emphasize the factors that influenced your decision (why your team have concluded to choose that particular project).

Please ensure that your ppt is easy to follow and aligned with the instructions mentioned above.

Task 3 (google form) [The deadline for submission of Task 3 is June 03, 2023, 05:00 PM]

Instructions for Task 3:

This task aims to give you an opportunity to delve into the various projects and select your preferred options. Please note that the project preferences should be submitted individually by each student (not team) through the provided Google Form, regardless of your former team's interests. This allows us to evaluate the teams and allocate mentors accordingly.

  • Visit the RuTAG IIT Delhi website and familiarize yourself with the available projects. (The projects can be found on the main menu under "Projects" and the "Innovative Product Delivery")
  • Choose three projects that align with your interests and aspirations. Your preferences may differ from those of your team members.
  • Submit 3 of your project preferences using the Google Form provided (task 3).

Task 2 (google form) [The deadline for submission of Task 2 is May 28, 2023]

(Responses of Task 1)

Instructions for Task 2:

All the teams are requested to evaluate the next 3 teams of their own team number as per the attached file of responses. For example, Team No. 1 has to evaluate the next three teams i.e. 2,3, and 4. In case if there is a team who has not submitted the ppt, the next team should be evaluated, as per the submissions. All multiple entries should be neglected. The evaluating team has the authority to take any of the submitted ppt to review out of the multiple entries by the same team.

The evaluation consists of a scale from 1 to 5, 1 for poor marks, 5 for excellent. The marks should be given based on unbiased and honest reviews of the ppt. The evaluation should be made with the facts considering how well the overall presentation, team information, and RuTAG information has been depicted and captured by the team.

Instructions for Task 1: 

Contact the corrosponding teammates and prepare a ppt of 3 slides max. 1 slide dedicated to the team information, another slide dedicated to information about RuTAG. Submit the Task 1 google form and upload the ppt on the same by the above mentioned deadline.
